The Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) claimed to have blown up a pipeline that linked to Chevron’s Escravos tank farm in the restive region.
In a tweet sent from the group’s Twitter account, it wrote: “We warned @Chevron but they didn’t listen. @NDAvengers just blow up the Escravos tank farm Main Electricity Feed PipeLine.”
The group did not say when or how the attack was carried out or if there had been any injuries or casualties.
