“Start-up activities are underway on Gorgon’s first train, with a plan to resume production in the coming weeks", a Chevron spokesman told Upstream.
“Repairs on the Train 1 propane refrigerant circuit are complete. Construction activities continue to progress on Trains 2 and 3, with timing not affected by the work on Train 1,” he said.
The supermajor had previously said the project is expected to restart this month.
