Chevron said it has put on the market its Bellaire campus and a 103-acre property in Katy.
The sale will involve moving employees from the Bellaire facility to Chevron's offices in central Houston by the end of 2017.
Built in the early 1940s, the campus was originally a Texaco geophysics lab and now houses a variety of divisions, such as Chevron's pipeline company, business services and human resources.
