CIMC Enric to buy engineering company

Hong Kong-listed energy transportation and storage service provider CIMC Enric has reached two separate non-binding memorandum of understandings to acquire Sinopacific Offshore Engineering in eastern China’s Nantong city of Jiangsu province.
