In a statement to Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the company said that one of the MoUs committed CIMC Enric to acquiring the 63.31% share Sinopacific Shipbuilding and SOEG own in Sinopacific Offshore Engineering.
The second MOU has covers the remaining 36.69% stake held by the parent of Sinopacific Offshore Engineering, Evergreen Group.
CIMC Enric Holdings is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, engineering and sales of, and the provision of, technical maintenance services for transportation, storage and processing equipment used in energy, chemical and liquid food industries.
