The Irish junior struck gas shows at its ANS-2 exploration well on the Lalla Mimouna permit, its second well on the block.
The well reached total depth of 1070 metres on 29 June after targeting Miocene sands.
However, wireline log interpretations revealed that the shows were not of the quality that was hoped for and drilling has been suspended pending further analysis.
