Citra Tubindo in hot seat

Batam-based seamless pipe maker Citra Tubindo has denied allegations that it conspired with two other companies last year to secure a three-year oil tubular supply deal with Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI) worth $12.35 million per annum.
