CNOOC dives into the pre-Khuff

Qatar Petroleum (QP) and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) have sealed an exploration and production sharing agreement which will see three wells drilled at Block BC, in the country's offshore pre-Khuff play, according to reports.
