Cobalt pulls off Lower Tertiary double

Cobalt International Energy has announced a second find in the Gulf of Mexico's deep-water tertiary trend, with a discovery by the operated North Platte-1 wildcat coming on the heels of a mega-hit at Shenandoah-2 announced Tuesday.
