The decision to allow fracking for shale gas in Lancashire is being challenged by the Preston New Road Action Group (PNRAG) as it overruled the local county’s rejection.
PNRAG, represented by law firm Leigh Day, have written to the Secretary of State for Local Government, Sajid Javid, who gave Cuadrilla the green light, to argue that the decision is unlawful and urging him to reconsider.
