'Competing FEEDs' launched in Shenandoah battle

Two engineering and construction firms are locked in a tight battle to secure a lucrative contract to design and build a floating production facility for Anadarko Petroleum's giant Shenandoah field in the deep-water US Gulf of Mexico.
