The Oklahoma City-based independent reported a net loss of $82.4 million (22 cents per share) in the third quarter compared to net income of $533.5 million ($1.44 per share) over the same period a year ago.
Revenue for the quarter fell to $682.6 million from $1.65 billion a year ago as continued low oil and natural gas prices bit into cash flows.
