Continental said Wednesday that the Madeline 1-9-4XH flowed at an initial 24-hour test rate of 3538 barrels of oil equivalent per day with 71% oil, setting a new record for Continental-operated wells in the Stack.
Continental also reported strong results from another Meramec oil well, the Frankie Jo, which flowed at an initial 24-hour test rate of 2627 boe per day 56% of which was oil.
