Japanese player Modec International, Netherlands-based SBM Offshore, compatriot Bluewater and Norway’s BW Offshore bid again for the Libra FPSO on 1 July, while Modec, SBM and Bluewater presented new offers for the Sepia floater on the same date.
Upstream understands that the Petrobras bidding committee started analysing technical offers this week, but has yet to set a date to open commercial prices.
