The binding heads of agreement will see Cooper supply AGL with up to 53 petajoules of gas from Sole over eight years, with options to extend a further two years, and up to 4 PJ of gas per annum from Manta.
The agreement is subject to a final investment decision being made on Sole which is expected in the third quarter of the year.
