Company president Liang Yanfeng told Upstream in an interview on the sidelines of the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston that the rig market has been hit hard by the downturn in oil prices, a reality he expects will linger for some time.
He said Cosco "positively responds" to any delay proposals from rig owners and always tries to work with them to find a solution through friendly consultation.
