Technip Offshore is the new name for the parent of the various offshore engineering and construction divisions that came together with the merger with Coflexip.
CSO Aker Engineering, which designs and builds spars, for example, will now be known as Technip Offshore Engineering - a subsidiary of Technip Offshore. The yard that builds the spars in Pori, Finland, is now called Technip Rauma Offshore.
