Deloitte says QGC’s Sunshine bid ‘fair’

Brisbane-based Queensland Gas Company (QGC) said an independent analysis of its bid by Deloitte Corporate Finance for fellow coalbed methane player Sunshine gas was “fair and reasonable”.
