The 63-year-old former head of Schlumberger’s Russian operations is to chair CAT Oil’s new supervisory board after being elected an an extraordinary general meeting of the Vienna-based company on Thursday.
The EGM also appointed German counsellor Ralf Wojtek and French manager Remi Paul to the supervisory board.
The appointments follow the public takeover of the listed oilfield service provider in 2014 lead by Dijols as a major shareholder.
