The seismic player said on Thursday that the timing of the multi-client survey, which was originally scheduled to begin in April next year, was brought forward following the recent Wisting oil discovery in OMV’s production licence 537.
According to Dolphin, “industry focus on this underexplored potential 23rd Round province has significantly increased”.
