Dolphin 'to axe jobs'

Dolphin Drilling is reportedly being forced to lay off over 150 workers as an increasing tally of rig lay-ups takes its toll on the workforce of Oslo-listed Fred Olsen Energy’s (FOE) drilling subsidiary.
