Gazprom chairman Alexey Miller and Shell chief executive Ben van Beurden signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday for the construction of a third train at Sakhalin-2.
Gazprom said the MoU outlined the target dates for the design and implementation of the project, as well as further steps and principles for cooperation between the companies in the drafting of a final investment decision.
