Eagle Energy joins Spyglass in $100m buy

Canada's Spyglass Resources has sold a 50% non-operating stake in its producing properties in the Dixonville Montney area of north-central Alberta in western Canada to fellow Calgary company Eagle Energy Trust for $100 million.
