Eclairs 'to back Proxima' on JKX move

The largest shareholder in UK-listed JKX Oil & Gas, Eclairs Group, has voiced support for the proposal of Moscow-based Proxima Capital to overhaul both the board of directors and the top management team of the oil producer at the upcoming general meeting of shareholders on 28 January.
