Speaking to Upstream, Eclairs director Michael Bakunenko said that the company is preparing to back the Proxima’s call “in principle” at the meeting.
However, Eclairs needs “several days to study biographies and experience” of five directors that Proxima has proposed to other shareholders in JKX to form a new board of the company.
Two of them, Thomas Reed and Russell Hoare, will also be appointed to posts of chief executive officer and chief financial officer, respectively, according to Proxima’s circular that it sent to JKX shareholders earlier on Monday this week.
