Contractor Emas Chiyoda Subsea (ECS) is facing more legal woes with a civil action lawsuit filed against the company in a US District Court.
Ezra Holdings, which holds a 40% stake in ECS, received a summons in civil action from VT Halter Marine in respect to a civil action lawsuit filed against ECS on 27 February in the Southern District of Mississippi.
