El Paso reopens Gulf pipe

US pipeline player El Paso said it lifted force majeure on its Southern Natural Gas unit after divers confirmed a leak in the area of its 18-inch West Delta 105 natural gas pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico was not on its system.
