The Norway division of Emas Chiyoda Subsea (ECS) that was put into liquidation this week has seen a contract for a spoolbase in Norway terminated.
Gulen Base pulled the deal, signed in December 2013, for the development, construction and lease of the Halvik spoolbase.
The contract was signed with Emas-AMC AS, the Norwegian division of ECS, the latter of which itself filed for Chapter
