Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) has secured a new charter agreement for a survey vessel, while it also expanded a co-operation agreement with fellow seismic player TGS-Nopec Geophysical.
The company revealed Friday it had signed a new charter agreement for the BOA Thalassa with vessel owner BOA SBL on new and improved commercial terms.
EMGS said BOA had agreed to cut the charter hire rate by roughly 20%, while adding the vessel owner had also agreed to some additional flexibility this year.
