Eni blocked on Goliat restart

Eni's persistent operational problems on the Goliat field in the Barents Sea have raised the ire of Norway's Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA), which has ordered the Italian oil giant to keep output from the field shut in until it has properly identified the cause of a power outage that hit the field on Friday.
