Ensco starts arbitration against Petrobras

Rig owner Ensco has launched arbitration proceedings in the UK against Petrobras of Brazil and South Korean shipbuilder Samsung Heavy Industries over alleged kickbacks in the construction of a rig at the centre of a dispute between the operator and the drilling contractor.
