Under the deal, Enso also agreed to recommend suitable exploration and production assets in Russia’s Irkutsk region for Interlink’s acquisition.
Enso already holds a 51% stake in a Russian company with a gas exploration and production licence in Russia.
The MOU is valid for 60 days and is conditional upon the completion of necessary due diligence, governmental consents and approvals, and the signing of definitive agreements.
