The Houston independent said the Delaware acreage is adjacent to its existing positions in Loving County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico and was acquired via three separate transactions totalling $368 million.
The company now believes its Delaware position holds 4900 future drilling locations and 2.35 billion barrels of oil equivalent of resource potential where the company is targeting the Wolfcamp and Leonard shale and Bone Spring sands tight oil plays.
