EQT toasts record Utica gusher

EQT’s first well in the dry gas window of the deep Utica Shale play came on at a rate of 72.9 million cubic feet of gas per day during a 24-hour test – the highest initial production rate for any well in the play and likely the highest rate ever for any shale gas well.
