Equatorial Guinea signs MoU with ONGC

Equatorial Guinea and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC Videsh), the international arm of the Indian state-owned giant, have signed a memorandum of understanding to co-operate in multiple areas of the African country's energy sector.
