Erskine partner Serica Energy revealed Tuesday the field had restarted on 29 August after Shell advised previously announced issues around the re-commissioning of the Lomond export facilities had been resolved.

Output had to be halted initially as Shell carried out planned maintenance work on the platform as well attempting to remove a blockage in the Lomond-Everest condensate export line.

Serica said its net share of production from Erskine since the restart had averaged over 3000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, with a peak rate of 5000 boepd being achieved.

The
