EV Energy sells out of Utica midstream

US operator EV Energy Partners has signed a deal to sell its 21% stake in the Utica East Ohio Midstream LLC (UEO) to a subsidiary of midstream giant Williams Partners for $575 million to cash up for future acquisitions.
