Two former directors of Oil Basins could launch a legal claim against the Australia-listed company which is now in the process of preparing its own counterclaim.
Oil Basins revealed Monday it had received notice of a possible legal claim by former chairman Kim McGrath and ex-chief executive Neil Doyle for amounts outstanding under their former positions with the company.
Oil Basins plans to defend any such action and that is carrying out its own investigation into the merits of the claim and also the conduct of two men during their time with the company.
