Denver-based Extraction holds almost 225,000 net acres in and around the Wattenberg Field in the Denver-Julesburg basin of Colorado, according to a filing with the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
The company currently has 37,300 barrels of oil equivalent per day in net production and reported proved reserves of a little more than 187 million barrels of oil equivalent.
