ExxonMobil said Monday output at the field had risen to more than 130,000 barrels of oil per day following the safe startup of the CPF, adding production was expected to continue to increase over the coming months.
Output at Banyu Urip is expected to hit a peak of about 165,000 bpd and ExxonMobil said the field would account for roughly 20% of Indonesia's 2016 oil production target.
