Ezra revealed Monday Koh would step down as chairman on 1 February and also relinquish his role as a senior advisor to the company as he looks to focus on his work with other organisations he is involved with.
Koh joined Ezra's board as non-executive vice chairman and senior advisor in 2011 before taking on the non-executive chairman role at the start of 2013.
