Ezra, Emas agree Lewek FPSO sale

Singapore’s Ezra Holdings and a unit of its Emas Offshore subsidiary have reached an agreement to sell their share in the entity which owns the Lewek Emas floating production, storage and offloading vessel to a joint venture between investment firm First Reserve and service provider Petrofac.
