Emas Offshore Production Services (Vietnam) and Ezra have entered into a binding agreement with PetroFirst Infrastructure 2 for the proposed divestment of their respective 41.7% and 38.3% stakes in PV Keez.
PV Keez is a private listed company which owns the Lewek Emas FPSO that is currently operating at Premier Oil’s Chim Sao oil project off Vietnam.
