BHP awarded the contract to Ezra's subsea services division Emas AMC and is part of the third phase of development at the Anglo-Australian company's offshore project which lies in the Venezuela basin.
The contract covers project management, fabrication, construction and installation of a 12-inch flowline along with a complete subsea package, which includes control umbilicals, and detailed engineering, construction and installation of the pipeline end manifold and inline sled.
