The company said in a statement on Monday that it sold the 1998-built AHTS Lady Sandra on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore.
The vessel was delivered to the new owner on Monday.
Farstad said it took an impairment charge of Nkr11 million ($1.36 million) in the second quarter of 2016 on the vessel.
"The sale of the vessel will result in an immaterial accounting effect" for the third quarter of 2016, it said on Monday.
