Singapore offshore and marine contractor Emas Offshore has warned it too has "going concern issues" like its majority shareholder Ezra Holdings.
Emas was due to publish its annual report on 7 February and hold its annual general meeting on 27 February having received time extensions from the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
However, Emas said it was unable to meet those targets, and is applying again for extensions.
