The subsea player will provide hardware including enhanced vertical deep-water trees, subsea manifolds a control system and distribution system for the field.
The contract value was not disclosed.
"FMC Technologies has supported Shell's subsea requirements for more than two decades, and this project represents the continued strength of that relationship," Tore Halvorsen, senior vice president, subsea technologies, said in a statement.
The subsea giant has a frame agreement with Shell through 2015.
