Forest Gate merges with Texas players

Canadian player Forest Gate Resources said today it has signed a deal to buy 90% of all of the shares of Atlantis Deepwater Production and 90% of all of the shares of Impact Exploration & Production, both privately held Houston-based oil and gas ventures.
