Woodside revealed Monday Ann Pickard had been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, effective immediatley.
Pickard only left Shell on 1 February after 15 years with the company where she held a variety of roles including executive vice president of Shell's exploration and production business and country chair of Shell in Australia, as well as executive vice president, Africa.
