London-listed independent Frontera Resources has signed an agreement with the government of Moldova related to the exploration, production and development of hydrocarbons in the country.
Frontera revealed Tuesday it had signed a concession agreement with the government on 2 January giving it the exclusive right to explore, produce and develop resources in a roughly 3 million acre area in the south of Moldova.
