Gastar completes Oz sale

US junior Gastar Exploration has completed the sale of all of its interest in Petroleum Exploration Licences 238, 433 and 434 in New South Wales, Australia, and the sale of its shares of Gastar Power to affiliates of Australian giant Santos for $233 million.
