Gazprom in Prirazlomnoye 'tax cut' call

Gazprom is reportedly demanding further tax breaks for development of its delayed Prirazlomnoye oilfield in the Pechora Sea and wants it to be included in a new fiscal regime for Arctic offshore projects.
