Glimmer of green shoots in Ghana

Things are looking up in Ghana. Tullow Oil’s Jubilee oil production is now averaging 105,000 barrels per day and rising, while work continues to bring Mahogany, Teak and Akasa reserves on stream under plans due for submission before the end of the year.
